摘要

本文介绍通用战术车辆试验评价体系的发展历程,包括试验标准的演变、地理环境试验方法标准的制定,以及当前的评价标准.在分析现行评价体系的基础上,本文指出了存在的问题,如顶层标准的不适应性、寒区和热区试验标准的不统一以及对车辆在复杂环境条件下可靠性考核的缺失.最后,论文探讨了未来的发展趋势,建议修订顶层标准、统一地面装备的环境评价指标、正确认识军民融合的重要性、更加重视低温冷起动性能和盐腐蚀试验,以适应快速变化的技术发展和战场需求.

Abstract

The paper introduces the development history of the general tactical vehicle test evaluation system,including the evolution of test standards,the establishment of geographical environment test method standards,and the current evaluation standards.On the basis of analyzing the current evaluation system,this paper points out the existing problems,such as the inadaptability of top-level standards,the inconsistency of cold and hot area test standards,and the lack of reliability assessment of vehicles under complex environmental conditions.Finally,the paper explores future development trends,suggesting revising top-level standards,unifying environmental evaluation indicators for ground equipment,recognizing the importance of civil-military integration,paying more attention to low temperature cold start performance and salt spray corrosion test,in order to adapt to the rapidly changing technological development and battlefield requirements.
