Faced with the development demand for high reliability and long service life of scientific instruments and equipment,as well as the problem of high failure rate of after-sales equipment,many research and development enterprises spontaneously seek help in building reliability systems.However,due to unclear responsibilities,only some personnel participate,resulting in the implementation effect not meeting expectations.Therefore,this article unfolds through the traditional organizational structure of research and development enterprises,standing from the perspective of each responsible person,and thinking about the ideological understanding of improving reliability through questioning,gradually establishing a reliability capacity building with the participation of all employees in the enterprise to ensure the basic reliability of equipment.
