At present,the reliability testing of smart energy meters faces problems such as large sample demand and long testing time.This article analyzes the sensitive stress of electric energy meters and establishes an accelerated degradation model for temperature and humidity stress of electric energy meters.Pre experiments are designed to obtain the working limit of electric energy meters in high temperature and high humidity environments.Based on this,a step-by-step stress test plan for electric energy meters is designed,determining the number of experimental electric energy meters,stress application time,and step size.This effectively reduces the sample size and test time,laying a foundation for subsequent life prediction and reliability evaluation of electric energy meters.
