后处理工艺对合金钢离子镀铝层的影响

本文研究了后处理工艺对300M钢表面离子镀铝层的形貌和耐蚀性的影响,并探究离子镀铝及后处理工艺对合金钢氢脆性能的影响.研究结果表明,喷丸处理可以提高铝镀层的致密度,但单一的喷丸处理对铝镀层耐蚀性没有明显提升;化学氧化处理可使铝镀层表面转化为耐蚀性较好的铬酸盐转化膜,显著提高铝镀层的耐蚀性;真空离子镀铝及后处理工艺不会对合金钢产生氢脆的影响.
Effects of Post-Treatment Process on IVD Al for High Strength Steel
The effect of post-treatment process on IVD Al(ion vapor deposition aluminum)coating for 300M steel,and the influence of IVD Al or post-treatment process in the hydrogen embrittlement about the high strength steel was explored in this article.The results show that shot peening can improve the density of aluminum coating,but single shot peening has no obvious improvement on the corrosion resistance of aluminum coating.Chemical oxidation treatment can convert the surface of aluminum coating into a chromate conversion film with good corrosion resistance,which significantly improves the corrosion resistance of aluminum coating.IVD Al and post-treatment process have no influence in the high strength steel hydrogen embrittlement.
