随着工业生产需求的变流器功率逐渐增大,水冷变流器的应用日益增多.器件结温作为变流器的核心应用参数受到了广泛的关注和研究.本文从水冷变流器实际工程应用出发,对变流器半导体器件结温计算过程进行了逐步分析,应用仿真软件对半导体器件、散热器的热物性参数进行了细致分析,提出了一种管网流量计算方法,简化了水冷变流器"负载-流量-结温"计算的过程,有效提高了工程设计效率.
Research on Junction Temperature-Couple Computing Method of Semiconductor Module Based on Medium-Voltage Converter
With the growing power demand for inverter in industrial production,the use of water-cooled inverters is on the rise.The junction temperature of the device,as a crucial application parameter of the inverter,has garnered significant attention and research.This article examines the practical engineering application of water-cooled converters and progressively analyzes the calculation process of the junction temperature of semiconductor devices within the converter.Utilizing simulation software,the thermal properties of semiconductor devices and heat sinks are analyzed in detail.Additionally,a pipeline flow calculation method is proposed to simplify the process of determining the"load flow junction temperature"of water-cooled converters,there by significantly enhancing the efficiency of engineering design.
