Research on A New Non-Contact Voltage Measuring Device
In order to mitigate the error caused by coupling capacitance in non-contact voltage measurement of distribution network,a novel voltage measurement device is proposed in this study. The voltage measuring probe is specifically designed with conductive sponge material to ensure a secure connection with the wire and establish a stable coupling capacitance environment, thereby laying the groundwork for accurate measurement.By establishing a series capacitance model and employing a single chip computer program to control automatic optimal switching of capacitor voltage division circuit, the measured voltage values are input into the model for calculation, effectively mitigating the impact of variable changes in coupling capacitance. The voltage signal on the north side is conditioned through high-resistance amplifiers, filters, and phase shifters before being transmitted to the precision metering chip, enhancing signal quality while enabling real-time data display and improving user experience.Prototype testing confirms excellent device performance with a measurement error of less than 0.5%,meeting high precision requirements for field calibration. This new non-contact voltage measuring device offers convenience in operation and practicality while providing robust technical support for distribution network voltage and power monitoring.
