The paper presents an analysis of the findings from the"Diode Forward Voltage Test"project as part of the proficiency testing program.By examining test data from participating institutions,this study evaluated the overall proficiency of each institution in diode forward voltage testing and identified potential issues and areas for improvement.The results indicate that all the participating institutions have a high technical level and professional ability,and can accurately complete the test task.At the end of the paper,recommendations are provided to enhance the overall industry's testing technology.
