印制板功能种类繁多、外形尺寸不一,目前印制板振动工装一般通过铝板配打孔来实现,耗时耗力且每批次参与试验的印制板数量受限,振动筛选效率低.本文设计出一种可同时安装多块印制板进行试验的振动工装,通过可变尺寸的印制板安装方式,实现了工装通用性,经过试验测试,该工装的振动传递率符合设计要求.应用该工装后,缩短了印制板振动筛选时间,尤其对于非标尺寸和小批量定制的印制板,提高了振动筛选效率.
Design and Analysis of Vibration Screening Tool for Printed Board
Printed boards have a wide variety of functions and different dimensions,at present,the vibration tool of printed board is generally realized by punching aluminum plate,which is time-consuming and labor-consuming,and the number of printed boards participating in each batch test is limited,the vibration screening efficiency is low.This paper designs a vibration tool that can be installed on multiple printed boards at the same time for testing.The versatility of the tool is realized through the variable size printing board installation method.The vibration transmission rate of the tool meets the design requirements after test.After the application of the tool,the vibration screening time of printed board is shortened,especially for non-standard size and small batch customized printed board,and the efficiency of vibration screening is improved.
