本文以针对现有伺服产品交付振动试验准备时间过长,不能满足生产快速交付这一实际难题,确定QC课题为缩短伺服产品振动试验准备时间.基于QC活动方法,通过现状调查、分析验证,确定要因,制定对策,先后完成加速度传感器螺接安装、快速安装换向夹具设计,经试验验证与效果检查,振动试验结果满足国军标要求,产品振动试验准备时间大幅缩短,达到目标设定要求.
Research on Virtual Simulation Technology of Sine Vibration of Shaking Table
In this paper,in view of the existing servo product delivery vibration test preparation time is too long,can not meet the production fast delivery of the actual problem,determine the QC project to shorten the servo product vibration test preparation time.Based on the QC activity method,through the status investigation,analysis and verification,determine the main causes,formulate countermeasures,has completed the acceleration sensor screw installation,rapid installation of the commutation fixture design,through the test verification and effect inspection,vibration test results meet the requirements of the national military standard,product vibration test preparation time is greatly shortened,to meet the target setting requirements.
