Design and Verification of A Vibration Test Fixture for A Nuclear Product
In response to the requirement that a nuclear product system needs to verify its structural and functional vibration reliability during the development stage,a specialized vibration test fixture has been designed.SolidWorks was utilized for modeling, modal analysis, harmonic analysis, and the generation of processing drawings. The actual fixture was manufactured using the integral processing method, selecting 6061 aluminum alloy as the material.A sine sweep test was conducted on the physical fixture in the laboratory to verify the rationality of the fixture design. The rationality of the mesh generation, boundary conditions, loads, and damping settings in the finite element analysis(FEA)was verified by comparing the results of harmonic analysis with those of the sine sweep test. This work can provide a reference for future design of test fixtures and finite element analysis.
