摘要

基于国家强制标准GB 43854-2024《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池安全技术规范》将成为国家级地方市场监督抽查、风险监测的主要依据,有助于电动自行车行业的高质量发展.本文研究了新国标GB 43854-2024测试项目及检测方法,以及标准在实际应用中的问题.最后总结了新国标GB 43854-2024与国家推荐标准GB/T 36972-2018《电动自行车用锂离子蓄电池》在性能测试及安全安全测试上存在的差异性.以期为新国标GB 43854-2024的相关使用提供参考.

Abstract

Based on the national mandatory standard GB 43854-2024 Safety Technical specifications of lithium-ion battery for electric bicycle will become the main basis for national local market supervision and risk monitoring,which will contribute to the high-quality development of the electric bicycle industry.In this paper,the new national standard GB 43854-2024 test items and testing methods,as well as the problems in practical application of the standard are studied.Finally,it summarizes the differences between the new national standard GB 43854-2024 and the national recommended standard GB/T 36972-2018 Lithium-ion battery for electric bicycles in performance testing and safety testing.It is expected to provide reference for the relevant use of the new national standard GB 43854-2024.
