本文对某自主品牌车型四个地区的实际服役情况进行调研,并与同车型道路强化腐蚀试验数据进行了腐蚀数量匹配率和平均腐蚀等级偏差进行了分析.结果表明,该企业道路强化腐蚀试验方法道路强化腐蚀试验可以比较好的反映实际服役车辆底盘和车身外观腐蚀情况,为了得到一个道路强化腐蚀周期与底盘和车身实际服役一年均相当,可适当增加道路强化腐蚀试验中底盘腐蚀程序而减弱车身腐蚀程序.
Study on the Correlation between Vehicle Proving Ground Corrosion Test and Actual Service Corrosion
In this article,the actual service situation of a certain domestic brand vehicle in four regions has been investigated,and the corrosion quantity matching rate and average corrosion grade deviation with the road enhanced corrosion test data of the same vehicle model also been analyzed.The results show that the proving ground corrosion test method of the enterprise can reflect the actual corrosion situation of the chassis and body appearance of the actual service situation,in order to obtain a road reinforcement corrosion cycle that is equivalent to the actual service of the chassis and body for one year,the chassis corrosion program in the proving ground corrosion test should be appropriately increased while weakening the body corrosion program.
