本研究对新能源汽车电池管理系统(BMS)的电磁兼容性进行分析,对相关电磁兼容理论进行梳理,探讨了线束的辐射发射、直流电机驱动回路的传导发射、线束间串扰以及电路元器件的电磁兼容性等理论.在理论研究的基础上,重点研究了传导发射和辐射发射的测试方法和试验布置方法,为BMS电磁兼容性电磁发射测试提供参考.本研究旨在为新能源汽车BMS的电磁兼容性设计提供理论依据和电磁发射测试方案,从而提升BMS的可靠性和稳定性,保障车辆和人员的安全.
EMC Analysis and Disturbance Measurement Scheme for Electric Vehicle Battery Management System
This study analyzes the electromagnetic compatibility(EMC)of the Battery Management System(BMS)in new energy vehicles,sorts out relevant electromagnetic compatibility theories,and explores theories such as radiation emission of wire harnesses,conducted emission of DC motor drive circuits,crosstalk between wire harnesses,and electromagnetic compatibility of circuit components.Based on theoretical research,this study focuses on the test methods and test setup methods for conducted and radiated emissions,providing a reference for EMC emission testing of BMS.The aim of this study is to provide a theoretical basis and electromagnetic emission testing scheme for the EMC design of BMS in new energy vehicles,thereby enhancing the reliability and stability of BMS and ensuring the safety of vehicles and personnel.
