High Reliability Detection Method for High-Temperature Corrosion Rate of Cold Ash Hopper in Hedging Boiler
Due to the influence of factors such as heat absorption deviation on the internal temperature of the cold ash hopper of the hedging boiler,there is a significant deviation between the measured temperature and the measured temperature,which leads to low reliability of the detection results of high-temperature corrosion rate.In order to alleviate this problem,a high reliability detection method for high-temperature corrosion rate of the cold ash hopper of the hedging boiler has been proposed.Analyze the high-temperature corrosion mechanism of the cold ash hopper based on the turbulent state inside the boiler.Quantitatively calculate the thermal deviation coefficient and flue gas heat release coefficient of the internal temperature of the cold ash hopper to correct the temperature value,obtain the corresponding equivalent heat flux density parameters,and solve the correlation between the temperature of the cold ash hopper and the high-temperature corrosion rate.On this basis,the detection results of high-temperature corrosion rate were analyzed and calculated using the grayscale correlation method.Through practical testing,it has been verified that the detection results obtained by this method have a small standard deviation and high reliability,meeting the practical needs of detecting the operating status of hedging boilers.
