Quantitatively Evaluate the Overall Reliability of Rotating Log-Periodic Antennas
For quantitatively evaluate the overall reliability of mechatronics equipment such as rotating log-periodic antennas, this paper studies the reliability prediction of electrical components and the reliability calculation of structural components, and presents a quantitative reliability assessment method by total failure probability based on stress and strength interference theory.By studying the reliability and failure probability of electronic components and structural components, the total failure probability of the mechatronics equipment can be calculated,so the MTBF(Mean Time Between Failure)of the equipment can be calculated, and the overall reliability of equipment can be quantitative estimated. Finally, this paper takes a rotating logarithmic periodic antenna product as an example to present the process of total failure probability and MTBF calculation.Through this method, the overall reliability of the mechatronics equipment can be quantitatively evaluated in the scheme and design stages to guide reliability design and improve the final reliability of the product.
