In this paper,the effects of harsh natural environment conditions of wet and hot salt spray on the performance and safety of electric motorcycles are studied.Through the comparison of performance indicators before and after the test,it is found that the insulation performance,corrosion resistance of metal parts,contact resistance and slope climbing performance of electric motorcycles have been affected to varying degrees.Electric motorcycle manufacturing enterprises need to make corresponding adjustments according to the environmental conditions of the product's application area and the impact of environmental conditions on product safety performance in the design and development.
