太阳光照环境对于光伏并网逆变器温升影响的研究

光伏并网逆变器需长期工作在太阳光照暴露环境中,目前关于太阳光照对于光伏并网逆变器运行稳定性的影响的相关研究却几乎没有,光伏并网逆变器的相关检测、认证也无光照条件方面的要求.但部分光伏电站的运维人员却发现光伏并网逆变器在较强光照条件下会出现降载、停机等故障,其引发的弃光限电问题愈发受到重视.本文通过研究在不同辐照度的太阳光照环境下光伏并网逆变器各部件温升的数据分析发现,在温升试验时,额外施加的太阳光照对光伏并网逆变器的温升有着额外的提升,且越高辐照度的太阳光照对光伏并网逆变器的温升影响越大.本文可为光伏并网逆变器的设计安装及电站运维提供参考.
Study on the Effects of Solar Illumination Conditions on the Temperature Rise of PV Grid-Connected Inverter
PV grid-connected inverters need to work for a long time in the sunlight-exposed environment,but there are almost no relevant studies on the impact of sunlight on the operation stability of PV grid-connected inverters,and there are no requirements for the testing and certification of PV grid-connected inverters in terms of light conditions.However,the operation and maintenance personnel of some photovoltaic power stations have found that PV grid-connected inverters will have load shedding and shutdown faults under strong sunlight conditions,and the problem of power abandonment and limitation caused by it has been paid more and more attention.In this paper,the data analysis of temperature rise of PV grid-connected inverter components under different irradiance of solar illumination found that,during the temperature rise test,the additional solar illumination applied to the PV grid-connected inverter temperature rise has an additional enhancement,and the higher the irradiance of solar illumination on the PV grid-connected inverter temperature rise has a greater impact.This paper can provide a reference for the selection,installation and power plant operation and maintenance of PV grid-connected inverters.
