片式钽电容具有使用寿命长、耐高温、大容量等特性,应用领域十分广阔,但在实际应用中也会出现很多问题.本文研究了片式钽电容的结构,对其失效模式和失效机理进行了简要介绍;并针对四例典型的片式钽电容失效案例,按照元器件失效分析流程展开分析,得到其失效原因和失效机理.最后,总结了影响片式钽电容可靠性的几个因素,为相关工作人员使用钽电容提供了参考依据.
Typical Failure Case Analysis of Chip Tantalum Capacitor
Chip tantalum capacitors have characteristics such as long service life,high-temperature resisitance,large capacity and they have a wide range of applications.However,many problems may also occur in actual use.This paper studies the structure of the chip tantalum capacitor,and briefly introduces the failure mode and and main failure mechanisms.Aiming at four typical cases of chip tantalum capacitor,the failure reason and mechanism analysis is carried out according to the component failure analysis process.Finally,it summarizes several factors that affects the reliability of chip tantalum capacitors,provides a reference for relevant personnel to use tantalum capacitors.
