Study on Influencing Factors and Countermeasures of Multi-line Flow Noise in Central Air Conditioning
The noise issues encountered during the operation of household multi-split systems are among the most critical concerns in post-sale complaints.However,the complexity of control logic,installation standards,and system reliability in multi-split AC units present high difficulties in addressing these issues.Among the various types of noise problems,the liquid flow noise in the indoor units of multi-split systems is the most challenging to resolve.This paper reviews the prevailing factors that contribute to the liquid flow noise in multi-split indoor units.By integrating practical experiences and effective methods from actual handling processes,the paper analyzes the formation mechanisms of various liquid flow noises and identifies the key control factors.Based on this analysis,a systematic strategy is developed to effectively address these noise issues.
