大尺寸壁板结构的高声强噪声试验系统研究

为获取某飞机壁板在高声强噪声激励下的疲劳寿命,本文提出了一种适用于大尺寸壁板结构的噪声试验方法.本方法结合大尺寸壁板试验工件的特点,设计了具有较小矩形截面积的气流通道,既能实现大尺寸壁板试验工件的安装,又能实现高声强噪声激励的施加;并采用了工作段两侧面同时固定试验工件的方案,有效的缩短试验周期,提高试验效率.研究结果表明:与现有技术相比较,本文提出的高声强噪声试验系统适用于大尺寸壁板结构的高声强噪声试验系统,能够有效考核大尺寸壁板结构耐受高声强噪声的能力,且造价较低,对工程实际应用一定实践价值.
Research on High-Intensity Noise Test System for Large-Scale Panel Structure
In order to obtain the fatigue life of a typical aircraft panel,a method is presented to develop a high intensity acoustic noise test system for large scale panel structure.A progressive wave tube(PWT),which can be applied to large-scale panel with narrow rectangular cross-section,is designed to realize high intensity.The scheme of fixing specimen on both sides of working section of PWT is adopted,which can effectively shorten the test period and improve the test efficiency.The results show that the system proposed in this paper is suitable for the acoustic noise test of aircraft panel,it can effectively attain the ability required for specific intensity acoustic noise test.Meanwhile the cost is lower,which has certain practical value for engineering application.
