A Low-Power Soft Start Circuit Design Using Gray Code
This paper introduces a low-power soft start circuit using Gray code,which uses soft start technology to overcome the question of traditional soft start circuits such as requiring external large capacitors and increasing the number of pins.It eliminates the impact of large capactiors and improves the stablilty of DC-DC converters;The soft start circuit calls a coding method for control logic.During the gradual increase in potential,only one code point changes.This mode effectively avoids the erroneous output caused by code point changes and reduces the peak current generated by regular binary encoding under frequent changes.The conversion mode of Gray code can reduce system errors and improve the stability of the overall circuit.After all compilation is completed,the soft start structure automatically cuts off the entire encoding system,achieving a low-power mode for this structure.
