基于铁质金具在电网运行中的能量损耗,提出了高强低损铝合金线路连接金具的研制,有助于电力金具行业朝向节能环保、轻量化、耐腐蚀方向发展.本文对高强度铝合金材料的选择、金具的尺寸设计、成形工艺流程和表面处理等方面进行了系统的研究,并通过多种试验方法进行了性能对比测试.最后,总结高强低损铝合金线路连接金具的优势,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.
Development of High Strength and Low Loss Aluminum Alloy Wire Connection Fittings
Based on the energy loss of iron fittings in power grid operation,the development of high strength and low loss aluminum alloy wire connection fittings is put forward,which will help the power fittings industry to develop in the direction of energy saving,environmental protection,light weight and corrosion resistance.In this paper,the selection of high-strength aluminum alloy materials,the size design of the fittings,the forming process and the surface treatment are systematically studied,and the properties are compared by various test methods.Finally,the advantages of high strength and low loss aluminum alloy wire connection fittings are summarized,and the future research direction is prospected.
