A Study on Environmental Testing Management with the Goal of Quality Improvement and Efficiency Enhancement
A study on environmental testing management,based on laboratory management systems and lean thinking,has been undertaken with the objective of enhancing the management effectiveness of environmental testing laboratories.This paper,leveraging the existing laboratory management framework,aims to improve quality and efficiency through the implementation of lean environmental testing management practices.Ultimately,the study has transformed the current laboratory management model,achieving the goals of enhancing testing quality and efficiency.Furthermore,it provides a glimpse into potential future research directions.
