In response to the problem that the vibration specification spectrum provided by GJB 150.16A-2009 cannot meet the selection of vibration test conditions for unmanned mine sweepers, this paper takes a certain unmanned mine sweeper as the research object and collects vibration response signals from typical positions of the vehicle body under conditions such as road paving, dirt road driving, and mine sweeping operations.By analyzing the measured vibration signals, classifying sub samples, calculating sub sample representative PSD,and normalizing them,a vibration spectrum is generated as the vibration input condition, which can truly assess the reliability of each component in actual environmental use.
