某无人扫雷车振动谱分析方法研究

针对GJB 150.16A-2009 所提供的振动规范谱无法满足无人扫雷车振动试验条件选取的问题,本文以某无人扫雷车为研究对象,采集车身典型位置在铺装路面行驶、土路行驶和扫雷作业等工况下的振动响应信号.通过对实测的振动信号进行数据解析、子样本分类、计算子样本代表PSD和正态化处理,生成振动谱以作为振动输入条件,可真实的考核各部件在实际环境使用过程中的可靠性.
In response to the problem that the vibration specification spectrum provided by GJB 150.16A-2009 cannot meet the selection of vibration test conditions for unmanned mine sweepers,this paper takes a certain unmanned mine sweeper as the research object and collects vibration response signals from typical positions of the vehicle body under conditions such as road paving,dirt road driving,and mine sweeping operations.By analyzing the measured vibration signals,classifying sub samples,calculating sub sample representative PSD,and normalizing them,a vibration spectrum is generated as the vibration input condition,which can truly assess the reliability of each component in actual environmental use.
