Researchon Reliability Modeling and Allocation Method for On-Vehicle Oxygen Generation Devices on Special Vehicles
Objective To construct a reliability model for on-vehicle oxygen generation devices on special vehicles and allocate their reliability andicators reasonably,in order to identify key design elements in the design and development process, significantly enhance the reliability of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device, extend their service life, and effectively reduce maintenance costs. Methods By thoroughly analyzing the structural principles and working characteristics of the on-vehicle oxygen generation devices on special vehicles,a reliability model for the device was constructed.Further,a scoring allocation method was used for detailed quantitative allocation of reliability for each system of the device, and factors to be considered in the design and development process of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device were proposed.ResultsBased on the professional scoring of seven domain experts, the reliability allocation of the on-vehice oxygen generation device was completed, and innovative design suggestions were put forward for key system such as gas compression, gas separation, control, and vibration reduction. The reliability indicators of each system design not only provide guidance for system design but also lay the foundation for further optimization. Conclusion This study confirms the effectiveness of the adopted reliability allocation method. The allocation results are of significant guiding importance for the system design and optimization of the on-vehicle oxygen generation device, ensuring its hign reliability in harsh environments such as high-altitude areas.
