Research on the Design Method of Reliability Test Spectrum for Engine Accessories
Based on relevant standards and the author's years of research in the field of reliability technology,while considering various factors such as installation platform task profile and product characteristics,a theoretical reliability testing method for engine accessories is provided.Helps to provide reliable basis for the final determination of product design,ensuring the reliability and stability of the product under various working conditions and technological development.This article investigates the various environmental and stress conditions that engine accessories may face in practical use,in order to verify the mechanism of their durability and performance,as well as the behavior of changes in engine accessory performance indicators under temperature gradients.Finally,by summarizing the mechanisms of durability and performance,a scientific and systematic reliability profile evaluation method will be established to provide guidance for the design and production of engine accessories,as well as useful practical experience and inspiration for research in related fields.Future research directions will also be discussed.
