新能源汽车高压电气产品具有自发热、自带冷却液循环的特点,其温度效应不同于常规低压电器,不能按照诸如GB/T 28046 等电气及电子设备环境可靠性试验方法进行.本文通过搭建试验台架,掌握了带液冷循环高压产品的温度分布情况,并建立与冷却液温度相匹配的可靠性试验方法.
Research on Reliability Test of High Voltage Products With Liquid Cooling Cycle
High voltage electrical products of new energy vehicles have the characteristics of self heating and self cooling liquid circulation,and their temperature effect is different from conventional low-voltage electrical appliances.They cannot be tested according to environmental reliability test methods such as GB/T28046 for electrical and electronic equipment.This article grasps the temperature distribution of high-pressure products with liquid cooling circulation by building a test bench.And establish a reliability testing method that matches the cooling night temperature.
