基于5G和物联网技术的配电网自动化可靠性提升

本文提出了配电网自动化系统(DAS)实施的通用框架和策略.由于故障定位、隔离和服务恢复(FLISR)是DAS在配电网自我修复和可靠性改进方面最有益和最理想的应用之一,所以本文就从这三方面对配电网自动化可靠性提高技术进行了研究.为了研究可靠性提高和客户满意度提高的水平,对所提出的自动化配电网应用了可靠性评估研究.案例分析结果显示,与非自动化网络相比,所提出的自动化网络具有较高的可靠性水平,结果表明,SAIDI和AENSI等可靠性指标显著降低,特别是通过实施拟议的DAS对系统可靠性指标的影响.
Research on Reliability Improvement of New Distribution Network Automation Based on 5G and IoT Technology
This paper proposes a general framework and strategy for distribution network automation system(DAS)implementation.Since fault location,isolation and service restoration(FLISR)is one of the most beneficial and desirable applications of DAS for distribution network self-healing and reliability improvement,this paper investigates the distribution network automation reliability improvement techniques in these three aspects.In order to study the level of reliability improvement and customer satisfaction improvement,a reliability assessment study was applied to the proposed automated distribution network.The case study results show that the proposed automated network has a higher level of reliability compared to the non-automated network,and the results show a significant reduction in reliability indicators such as SAIDI and AENSI,especially the impact on system reliability indicators through the implementation of the proposed DAS.
