摘要
本测试方法采用在实际公路等级路面条件下,进行试件车载运输振动试验.通过对振动信号采集器和三向传感器的技术应用,并且克服了仪器、传感器的车载安装固定问题和车载供电技术问题.进行包装试件在实际运输中振动响应信号采集及分析,获得安全运输振动响应数据,确保产品在运输过程中的安全.
Abstract
This testing method adopts the vehicle transportation vibration test of test specimens under actual highway grade pavement conditions.By applying the technology of vibration signal collector and three-way sensor,and overcoming the problems of on-board installation and fixing of instruments and sensors,as well as on-board power supply technology.Collect and analyze vibration response signals of packaging specimens during actual transportation,obtain safe transportation vibration response data,and ensure the safety of products during transportation.
