在高温、高湿、高盐雾、强太阳腐蚀"三高一强"的恶劣热带海洋环境下,我国飞机面临着严酷的腐蚀损伤问题,而合理的运用缓蚀剂,是飞机腐蚀防护的一种有效手段,本文以7A04铝合金涂层标准件为研究对象,选取国内、外四款典型的缓蚀剂,开展热带海洋大气自然环境试验,探索不同缓蚀剂对 7A04 铝合金涂层标准件的缓蚀效果.
Study on the Corrosion Inhibitor Effect of Corrosion Inhibitor on 7A04 Aluminum Alloy Coated Parts in Tropical Marine Environment
In the harsh tropical marine environment of high temperature,high humidity,high salt fog and strong solar corrosion,China's aircraft is facing severe corrosion damage problems,and the rational use of corrosion inhibitors is an effective means of aircraft corrosion protection.In this paper,four typical corrosion inhibitors at home and abroad were selected to evaluate the corrosion inhibition effects of 7A04 aluminum alloy coating standard parts in the tropical marine atmosphere environment,and the corrosion inhibition effects of different corrosion inhibitors on 7A04 aluminum alloy coating standard parts were explored.
