针对电力设备运行过程中,依靠人工定期巡检、手动记录信息,存在劳动强度大、效率低、故障处理不及时、错记和漏记的情况,基于物联网技术,设计电力设备监测管理系统,系统包括电力标签和监测管理平台,通过各感知单元实时采集电力设备的温度、湿度、姿态数据,通过NB-IOT模块完成数据上传,同时管理平台内存储电力设备基本信息、运行状态记录及维护记录,做到电力设备全生命周期管理.系统运行稳定可靠,故障监测成功率达到94%以上,指导运维人员完成巡检任务,提高运维效率,保证电力系统高效运行,具有良好的应用价值.
Design of Power Equipment Monitoring and Management System Based on Internet of Things
In response to the problems of high labor intensity,low efficiency,untimely fault handling,errors and omissions in the operation of power equipment,which rely on manual regular inspections and manual recording of information,a power equipment monitoring and management system is designed based on Internet of Things technology.The system includes power labels and monitoring management platforms.Real time temperature,humidity,and attitude data of power equipment are collected through various sensing units,and the data is uploaded through the NB-IOT module.At the same time,the management platform stores basic information,operation status records,and maintenance records of power equipment,achieving full lifecycle management of power equipment.The system runs stably and reliably,with a success rate of over 94%in fault monitoring.It guides operation and maintenance personnel to complete inspection tasks,improves operation and maintenance efficiency,ensures efficient operation of the power system,and has good application value.
