Discussion on the Battery Pack Technology for Electric Vehicle
The battery pack technology of an electric vehicle is the key to its electric vehicle performance and endurance.This article preliminarily elaborates on the highlights of a certain electric vehicle battery pack technology.From the comparison and analysis of battery system,battery structure,thermal management,and electrical principles,the electric vehicle battery pack has high space utilization rate,integrates BMS,OBC,DCDC,PCS functions in the battery,integrates internal electrical components functions in the battery,integrates BMS in the BDU,integrates multiple components into one,has small size,and high assembly efficiency High degree of lightweight,using aluminum instead of copper in the busbar,reducing internal wiring harness layout,selecting lighter materials,and reducing device weight.This article provides technical and trend analysis for the planning of future electric vehicle battery packs.
