Influence of Reinforcing Rib Types on the Natural Frequencies of L-Shaped Fixtures
This paper aims to explore the variation in natural frequency of L-shaped fixtures in vibration tests under different configurations of reinforcing ribs(angle steel, channel steel, hollow rectangular steel).First, the natural frequency of L-shaped fixtures without reinforcing ribs was calculated and verified for accuracy through ANSYS modal analysis simulation.Subsequently, simulations were conducted for L-shaped fixtures using angle steel, channel steel, and hollow rectangular steel as reinforcing ribs. The results showed that hollow rectangular steel significantly increased the natural frequency of the fixtures, attributed to its higher moment of inertia and superior bending resistance. Finally, the paper summarizes the research findings, providing a reference for vibration control in related fields.
