This article studies the experimental methods of high-temperature reverse bias and power aging of diodes,as well as the related working principles of aging equipment and aging plates.A universal diode aging board has been developed that can perform both high-temperature reverse bias and power aging.The implementation of a universal aging board for diodes not only improves the efficiency of diode screening,saves a lot of manpower,material resources,and time costs,but also avoids errors in repetitive work.This article studies the implementation of a universal aging board for diodes.
