为能够掌握整车进行气候试验中,尤其是进行太阳辐射试验时试验箱内温度场和速度场的全貌,本研究应用商业CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics)软件Fluent建立了能够模拟试验箱内流场的仿真模型.并用此仿真模型研究了试验箱各个输入条件对试验箱内流场的影响,揭示了试验箱内温度场和速度场的变化以及分布规律.这些研究成果对整车气候试验的设计与实施有重要的指导意义.
Simulation and Analysis of Flow Field Inside the Whole Vehicle Climatic Test Chamber
In order to grasp the overall temperature and velocity fields inside the test chamber,especially during solar radiation tests,during whole vehicle climatic tests,this paper establishes a simulation model capable of simulating the flow field inside the test chamber.Using this simulation model,the influence of various input conditions on the flow field inside the test chamber is studied,and the changes and distribution laws of the temperature and velocity fields inside the test chamber are obtained.The research content and results have important guiding significance for the design and implementation of whole vehicle climatic tests.
