Research on Test Technology and Reliability of Typical IGBT Module
This article studies the design and reliability of automatic testing fixtures for IGBT power modules widely used in electronic power systems.Through hardware tooling design and software programming,automatic testing technology for IGBT power modules has been implemented,improving the testing accuracy and professional technical level of such devices.The reliability of the devices has been verified through various experiments,and corresponding verification conclusions have been obtained.The failure mechanism of IGBT power modules has been analyzed.Finally,based on the testing technology and reliability research methods and content of IGBT power modules,the future challenges and development trends of testing technology and reliability research are proposed.
