随着汽车技术的不断进步,后视镜作为驾驶员获取车辆周围信息的重要工具,其性能和可靠性要求日益提高[1].尤其是窄边后视镜,以其独特的设计减少了风阻并提高了车辆的空气动力学性能,但其机械结构和耐疲劳性能也面临新的挑战[2].本文旨在研究一种基于窄边后视镜的自动疲劳寿命试验方法及测试系统,以评估其在复杂工况下的耐久性.通过设计一套全自动、高精度的试验设备,结合先进的控制技术和数据处理方法,实现对后视镜翻转和旋转性能的长期、稳定测试,为后视镜的可靠性评估提供科学依据.
Research on Automatic Fatigue Life Test Method and Test System based on Narrow Side Mirror
With the continuous advancement of automotive technology,the rearview mirror,as an important tool for drivers to obtain information about the surroundings of the vehicle,has increasingly high performance and reliability requirements.Especially for narrow side rearview mirrors,their unique design reduces wind resistance and improves the aerodynamic performance of vehicles,but their mechanical structure and fatigue resistance also face new challenges.This article aims to study an automatic fatigue life testing method and testing system based on narrow side rearview mirrors to evaluate their durability under complex working conditions.By designing a fully automatic and high-precision testing equipment,combined with advanced control technology and data processing methods,long-term and stable testing of the flipping and rotating performance of rearview mirrors can be achieved,providing scientific basis for the reliability evaluation of rearview mirrors.
