摘要

基于高温环境失效机理和热耗机理提供高温环境适应性设计理论,有助于产品耐高温环境适应性设计技术发展.本文研究了耐高温环境适应性设计的有关机理,以及某产品不同散热设计形式的热场分布行为.最后,总结了耐高温环境适应性设计流程和试验方法,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望.

Abstract

Provide high-temperature environment adaptability design theory based on failure mechanism and heat consumption mechanism in high-temperature environment,conductive to the development of design technology for product adaptability to high-temperature environment.This article studies the relevant mechanisms of adaptive design for high-temperature environments,as well as the thermal field distribution behavior of different heat dissipation design forms of a certain product.Finally,the design process and experimental methods for high-temperature environment adaptability were summarized,and future research directions were discussed.
