Research on the Influence of Anti-Corrosion Measures of Airborne Equipment on Electromagnetic Shielding Effectiveness
[Purpose/Meaning]To investigate the impact of anti-corrosion measures for airborne equipment on electromagnetic shielding effectiveness,[Methods]the study focuses on the anti-corrosion measures for fasteners, access panels, and electrical connectors of airborne equipment.By changing the frequency of the electromagnetic, the research explores the optimal anti-corrosion measures that affect electromagnetic shielding effectiveness.Additionally, the study employs wet heat tests, acidic salt fog tests, temperature and low pressure tests, and electromagnetic shielding performance tests to examine the anti-corrosion capabilities of several measures during the tests and the changes in electromagnetic shielding effectiveness the environmental tests progress.[Results/Conclusions]The results show that most anti-corrosion measures, when properly applied,do not affect electromagnetic shielding effectiveness while some measures pose a risk of leakage in high-frequency electromagnetic fields;after long-term environmental testing and corrosion aging, the shielding effectiveness decreases with the onset of corrosion.
