高功率大电流新能源产品的电源端口传导发射测试方法对比研究

在EMC的传导发射测试中,对于高功率大电流的新能源产品(如光伏逆变器、储能变流器、充电桩),由于其交流端口的电压和电流较大,常规的AMN测试方法中的AMN很容易出现电压过高和电流过载的问题,因此相关IEC/CISPR标准提出了其他替代方法.本文对AMN法、高阻抗电压探头法、AMN用作电压探头法进行比较,使用同一样品进行对比分析,并对高功率大电流新能源产品的传导发射测试给出指导性建议.
A Comparative Study on Conducted Emissions Test Methods on Power Port for High-Power and High-Current Renewable Energy Products
In the testing of EMC conducted emissions for high-power and high-current renewable energy products(such as:PV inverters,energy storage converters,and charging stations),the regular AMN method can lead to current and voltage overload issues due to the significant voltage and current levels at the AC ports.Consequently,alternative testing methods have been introduced in the IEC/CISPR standards.This article evaluates and compares the test results of three testing methods with a single sample:the regular AMN method,the high impedance voltage probe method and the AMN used as a voltage probe method;Additionally,it offers recommendations for conducted emissions test on high-power and high-current renewable energy products.
