摘要

为了更加真实地模拟电子产品的存储、运输、使用环境,让产品在筛选考核阶段就激发出单独应力施加时所不能达到的失效,温度、湿度、振动三综合环境试验的研究发展受到国内外学者的青睐.本文首先介绍了温度、湿度和振动应力的失效机理,然后阐述了三综合环境试验箱的原理及其发展应用前景.

Abstract

In order to more truly simulate the storage,transportation and use environment of electronic products,so that the product can stimulate the failure that can not be achieved when the stress is applied alone in the screening and assessment stage,the research and development of the three comprehensive environmental tests of temperature,humidity and vibration have been favored by domestic and foreign scholars.This paper first introduces the failure mechanism of temperature,humidity and vibration stress,and then expounds the principle of three comprehensive environmental test chamber and its development and application prospects.
