在大规模可再生能源并网电力系统中,受可再生能源的随机性、间歇性和波动性影响,大电网的稳定性面临挑战.电化学储能电站通过充电和放电调节有功功率,可以通过一次调频很好地稳定电力系统频率.储能变流器是储能电站的关键部件,可实现一次调频功能.为研究储能变流器一次调频的技术要求和检测方法,该文章阐述储能变流器的用途和主要拓扑类型、分析了新版储能变流器推荐国标中的技术要求和测试方法、搭建检测平台实测某型储能变流器,最后总结了依据国标实施试验中遇到的问题并提出建议.
Research on Primary Frequency Control Testing Technology for Electrochemical Energy Storage Converters
In large-scale grid-connected renewable energy power systems,the stability of the power grid is challenged by the randomness,intermittency,and volatility of renewable energy.EESS regulate active power through charging and discharging,and can effectively stabilize the frequency of the power system through a single frequency regulation.The PCS is a key component of an EESS,which can achieve primary frequency regulation function.In order to study the technical requirements and testing methods of primary frequency regulation for PCS,this paper elaborates on the purpose and main topology types of PCS,analyzes the technical requirements and testing methods in the new version of the recommended national standard for PCS,builds a testing platform to test a certain type of PCS,and finally the problems encountered during the implementation of the national standard experiment were summarized and suggestions were proposed.
