摘要

[目的]研究实验室模拟海洋环境下,防滑涂层的腐蚀损伤行为和规律.[方法]基于实测的海洋环境数据,编制加速腐蚀试验环境谱,以某防滑涂层平板件为研究对象,以宏微观腐蚀形貌、静摩擦系数、耐冲击等为腐蚀表征行为参数,分析实验室模拟海洋环境下防滑涂层腐蚀损伤演变的一般规律.[结果]试验结果表明该防滑涂料能够满足预期使用寿命要求.

Abstract

To study the corrosion damage behavior and regularity of anti-slip coatings in a simulated marine environment in the laboratory,an accelerated corrosion test environmental was developed based on measured marine environmental data.Taking a certain anti-slip coating flat plate as the research object,macro-microscopic corrosion morphology,static friction,and impact resistance were used as corrosion characterization parameters to analyze the general regularity of anti-slip coating corrosion damage evolution in a laboratory-simulated marine environment The test results show that the anti-slip paint can meet the expected service life requirements.
