Research on the Reliability of Water Purifier Connectors
This article bases on analysis of the application scenario of the water purifier and its failure machine,and the failure point is found by the fault repetition test.Further through destructive physical analysis and analysis of connectors of different structures,the failure cause of water leakage is found to be the poor design structure of the connector claw.So the claw structure was optimized to the four-corner separation structure,and the double-O seal structure was used to improve the dynamic sealing performance.The feasibility and effectiveness of the design were verified by the sealing of different water pressure,PE tube insertion and withdrawal force coordination and water hammer life test.It has been proved by the market to effectively improve the reliability of the connector and will improve the development of joint sealing technology of water purifiers.
