基于Triz理论的功能导向搜索理论(盘山环绕公路到隧道一路直达),基于Triz理论颠覆模具结构系统的方法,有助于模具工业技术发展.本文研究了塑料产品熔接线机理,以及浇口在重量、温度梯度下断裂行为.在塑性材料分解温度临界之前,同等条件下,相对于传统正装模具浇口的重量越轻、温度损失越小、抗冲击强度能力越强、断裂行为越少、产品的质量越高、生产成本越低,生产效率越高;未来通过不断的研究模具结构系统的方法,提高塑料工业孔洞结构制品抗冲击强度能力,提高产品的质量、降低生产成本,提高生产效率,将通过技术的方法,来减少浇口废塑料用量直至零,达到环境最小的污染,促进良好的生产生态环境.
The functional oriented search theory based on the Triz theory(a direct route from a mountainous road to a tunnel)and the method of subverting the mold structure system based on the Triz theory are helpful for the development of mold industry technology.This article investigates the welding mechanism of plastic products and the fracture behavior of gates under weight and temperature gradients.Before the critical decomposition temperature of plastic materials,under the same conditions,the lighter the weight,the smaller the temperature loss,the stronger the impact strength,the less fracture behavior,the higher the product quality,the lower the production cost,and the higher the production efficiency compared to traditional formal mold gates;In the future,through continuous research on mold structure systems,the impact strength of plastic industry hole structure products will be improved,product quality will be enhanced,production costs will be reduced,and production efficiency will be improved.Through technological methods,the amount of waste plastic used in sprues will be reduced to zero,achieving minimal environmental pollution and promoting a good production ecological environment.
