本文针对汽车部件不同涂镀层抗石击防护防腐能力进行研究,通过设计 5 种不同涂镀层抗石击防护方案,策划抗石击试验和石击后耐腐蚀试验,验证不同涂镀层的抗石击防护防腐能力,通过试验结果对比分析,优选出抗石击防护防腐能力优异的表面处理工艺,进而指导汽车部件抗石击防护防腐设计开发.
In this paper,the anti-chipping and anti-corrosion protection ability of different coatings of the automobile parts is studied.Through designing five different coating anti-chipping protection schemes,the chipping resistance test and post-chipping corrosion resistance test is planned,to verify the anti-chipping and anti-corrosion protection ability of different coatings.Through comparison and analysis of the test results,the surface treatment process with excellent anti-chipping and anti-corrosion protection ability is selected,so as to guide the design and development of anti-chipping and anti-corrosion protection for the automotive parts.
