With the rapid advancement of Global Navigation Satellite System(GNSS)technology,vehicular satellite positioning terminals have become a core component of modern intelligent transportation systems.This paper discusses the challenges and testing techniques of vehicular satellite positioning terminals in the transportation field.Confronted with environmental interferences such as urban canyon effects and multipath effects,as well as the impact of hardware design and software algorithms,this study investigates four testing methods:simulation modeling,real-vehicle road testing,data playback,and GNSS calibration field testing.A comparative analysis of their advantages,disadvantages,and applicable scenarios is provided.The findings offer theoretical support and practical guidance for the performance evaluation and quality control of vehicular satellite positioning terminals,which is of significant importance for enhancing user experience and ensuring traffic safety.
