在车载电气系统中,由PWM驱动的直流电机系统是一稳定的骚扰源,因直流电机线束串扰引起的串扰问题较多,分析其原因为电机中产生的振铃通过线束分布参数串扰至敏感电路中.本文通过分析电机各项寄生参数、滤波参数,研究建立电机的线束串扰仿真骚扰源等效模型,并研究了电机系统振铃控制方法,最后通过仿真数据与实际采集数据对比,验证了模型的准确性.
In the on-board electrical system,DC motor system driven by PWM is a stable source of disturbance.There are many crosstalk problems caused by DC motor harness crosstalk,the reason is that the ringing generated in the motor is crosstalk to the sensitive circuit through the harness distribution parameters.By analyzing the parasitic parameters and filtering parameters of the motor,this paper studies and establishes the equivalent model of the harness crosstalk simulation disturbance source of the motor,and studies the ringing control method of the motor system,finally,the accuracy of the model is verified by comparing the simulation data with the actual data.
