直升机典型电搭接件腐蚀分析与改进措施研究

为保证直升机典型电搭接件在海洋环境下长期可靠使用,本文选取了某半封闭结构区域的铜条与铝合金电搭接件,按照特定的海洋环境加速试验环境谱,开展了 10 个周期的加速试验考核,试验第 4 周期后,铝合金的腐蚀深度超过了总厚度的 10%,加速试验第 10 周期后,腐蚀深度超过了总厚度的 90%,腐蚀程度严重,腐蚀原因分析,搭接处密封效果不佳是产生腐蚀的关键因素.通过改进填角密封尺寸和工艺,铜条与铝合金电搭接件顺利通过了 10 个周期的加速试验考核,改进措施有效地提升了铜条与铝合金电搭接件在海洋环境下在的抗腐蚀能力.
Research on Corrosion Analysis and Improvement Measures of Typical Electric Lap Joints in Helicopters
To ensure the long-term reliable use of typical electric lap joints of helicopters in the marine environment,this paper selected the copper strips and aluminum alloy electrical lap joints in a semi-enclosed structural area.According to the specific environmental spectrum of the accelerated test in the marine environment,an accelerated test consisting of 10 cycles was conducted.After the 4th cycle of the test,the corrosion depth of the aluminum alloy exceeded 10%of its total thickness.After the 10th cycle of the accelerated test,the corrosion depth exceeded 90%of the total thickness,indicating a relatively severe degree of corrosion.Through the analysis of the causes of corrosion,it was found that the poor sealing effect at the lap joint was the key factor leading to the corrosion.By improving the size and process of the fillet seal,the copper strips and aluminum alloy electrical lap joints successfully passed the 10-cycle accelerated test evaluations,and the improvement measures effectively enhanced the corrosion resistance of the copper strips and aluminum alloy electrical lap joints in the marine environment.
