本文设计了一款便捷多通道串/并行信号控制工具,该工具具备程控和快速手动配置功能,适用于多通道电子元器件的功能测试和性能评估.设计思路主要利用FPGA产生串/并行控制信号,利用继电器和矩阵开关实现多路电源和微波射频信号选通,另外内嵌的电子触摸屏控制器代替了上位机可实现便捷手动配置,以实现数控衰减器、微波开关、射频收发芯片等多通道射频集成电路的关键指标测试.本文详细介绍了测试工具的设计思路和软、硬件实现方式,通过仿真测试和试验验证,验证了该工具达到了最初的设计目标.
Design of A Multifunctional Multi-Control Signal Output Tool
This article presents a convenient multi-channel serial/parallel signal control tool,which has programmable and fast manual configuration functions,suitable for functional testing and performance evaluation of multi-channel electronic components.The design concept mainly utilizes FPGA to generate serial/parallel control signals,and uses relays and matrix switches to achieve multi-channel power supply and microwave RF signal gating.In addition,the embedded electronic touch screen controller replaces the upper computer for convenient manual configuration,to achieve key performance testing of multi-channel microwave integrated circuits such as CNC attenuators,microwave switches,RF transceiver chips,etc.This article provides a detailed introduction to the design concept and software and hardware implementation methods of the testing tool.Through simulation testing and experimental verification,it has been confirmed that the tool has achieved its initial design goals.
